Christmas Festivities!

As I sit here writing this, I cannot believe how fast the month of December has gone! I've been busy spending time with my friends and family and making the most out of the Christmas season!

Snowball Dance ... With matching Converse, of course!

Life-size ELF for the hallway decorating contest at school ... And, yes I did make this myself with the help of my crafty boyfriend :)

Christmas Sweater Day & Dress up Day at school!

And finally, relaxing by the Christmas tree and admiring my holiday nails!

Peace Out & Merry Christmas Eve!

Blackberry Pie & Blue Candy

I recently celebrated my sweet sixteen. It was perfect! For this lovely event I wore:

An oversized light pink sweater from Victoria's Secret (Shocker there ... Wearing pink on your sweet sixteen is a must!), an amazingly unique gold spike necklace from Deb, some dark wash jeggings from Gap, and of course my birthday sash!

I celebrated by having a party with some close friends and family!

My Mom made my absolute favorite ... BLACKBERRY PIE! I have been blowing out candles on blackberry pie since I was about two. It's a tradition, and it NEVER fails :)

I also had yummy pumpkin cupcakes!

Then came the most amazing surprise! I received a brand new 2013 Blue Candy Ford Focus from my parents!!! YES! I, Madison, got my very own car! It is amazing.

       Boyfriend, siblings, and best friends!

It was a spectacular, lovely, perfect, amazing, unforgettable day! But, it wouldn't have been so perfect if it weren't for my parents. They do so much for me, and I am so blessed. My dad made sure my car was absolutely perfect, equipped with a back-up sensor, heated seats, and satellite radio! Now he just has to teach me how to drive ... Hahaha!

And, of course, no birthday is ever complete without my mom's beautiful table decorations, hugs, eagerness to make my day special, and organization! She also gave me a beautiful pair of diamond earrings which I plan on blogging about later. :) Way to go, momma!

I try to take a few moments everyday to thank God for everything he has blessed me with ... a wonderful, supportive family; a loving, perfect boyfriend; a group of friends I can be my complete self around; and a cozy, beautiful house to come home to every night. Turning sixteen made me realize how fast time flies. My resolution for my sixteenth year is to really savor every moment! Here's to another great year!

Peace & Love!
